Shipping
For domestic deliveries we provide Yamato Express, Yu-Pack, Yu-Mail, The mail non-standard-sized.
NOTE : In the case of Yu-Mail or The mail non-standard-sized, we will not accept responsibility for any troubles and items damaged during shipping.
Yu-Mail is not available for big item like LP or all items with thickness over 3cm.
We can ship to countries outside Japan. We provide Registered SAL, Registered Air mail or EMS.
NOTE : In the case of SAL and Air mail, we will not accept responsibility for any troubles and items damaged during shipping.
(please acknowledge that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. )
All available shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the order.
We provide free shipping for purchases over 9,000 JPY (applied only for domestic areas).
Store Pickup
You can pick up your purchase anytime during store hours.
If you have not picked up your purchase within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.
Payment
We accept credit card and PayPal as payment methods.
Only as domestic service, we accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer and Postal Transfer as payment methods.
The charge for the COD service is 400 JPY.
Return
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before your order is shipped. We cannot accept cancels and returns of shipped items.
We are striving for customer satisfaction and are covering our products. If you have received a faulty product or in the unlikely event an item which was not on your purchase list, please contact us to seek further assistance.
Returning items must the following criterias:
- Item is returned within 7 days after delivery
- Item is defective
- Item is not what your ordered and is unopened
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. For all other cases, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
