「Sound=音/ meals=食事。

咖喱山水が調理中に感じる音やリズム、食材から浮かぶテーマを共有、実際の調理音を採取し、音楽を作る調理音楽プロジェクトの第四弾。本作は異文化との混合により生まれたpork vindalooに合わせて、海外よりAnders Bach（from DK）に参加いただき作り上げました。
Vol.4 of「Curry Sansui / KARESANSUI」cooking music project.
「Curry Sansui / KARESANSUI」cooking music project is a fusion of scents and sounds. Playing music while cooking live on stage, the artists create music inspired by not just the ingredients, but also the sounds and rhythms of the cooking experience itself, infusing the music with the actual cooking sounds. This work was created in collaboration with Anders bach (from DK) from overseas and the cross-cultural heritage of pork vindaloo.

音源として楽しめることはもちろん、付属されるレシピ付きスパイスカレーキットを使い、スパイスからカレーを作る事が出来る。
レシピなど言葉では伝えきれない部分を音源から聴き取ってもらおうという試みです。
The spice kit lets you cook a delicious curry while listening to the music that it inspired, offering a unique cooking experience that can’t be conveyed simply through words.

また、南インドの料理形態には、〝meals(ミールス/定食)〟というものがあり、お皿やバナナの葉に沢山の食材が並び、それはまた一つの小さな宇宙のような食事です。
There is also a South Indian cooking style called “meals,” where an array of small dishes are lined up on plates and banana leaves, creating a mini cosmos of culinary dishes.
