'“Sacrifice” is a composition based on the notation of the historic chess game known as "Game of the Century" and "Queen Sacrifice" (played in 1956 between Bobby Fischer and Donald Byrne). It was created as a dedication to guitarist, and musician Manuel Göttsching.

Using a score translated from the original chess notation, the piece is performed by two musicians representing the chess players, incorporating elements of improvisation. The musical dialogue remains quiet and peaceful, yet carries a sharpened intensity, as if narrating the unfolding battle of a chess match.'

Composition/Piano: Mami Konishi (Minguss)
Guitars: Takeshi Nishimoto (I'm Not A Gun)
