Banetoriko's live performances and album productions are based on the theme of yokai, but there may be no English word that accurately translates the uniquely Japanese development of yokai.
Yokai are mysterious phenomena and supernatural events that take shape beyond human knowledge and yet are inseparable from human beings. They are like shadows of human beings, arising from the dark side of human beings.
Katakirauwa and Tonkaraton on this cassette can also be interpreted as the dark side of human society, such as discrimination, fear and sadness of being marginalized, which manifests itself as yokai,
The music is a very special style of noise music in which these specters possess her spirit and body.'
