'Vol.4 of「Curry Sansui / KARESANSUI」cooking music project.
"Curry Sansui / KARESANSUI"cooking music project is a fusion of scents and sounds. Playing music while cooking live on stage, the artists create music inspired by not just the ingredients, but also the sounds and rhythms of the cooking experience itself, infusing the music with the actual cooking sounds. This work was created in collaboration with Anders bach (from DK) from overseas and the cross-cultural heritage of pork vindaloo.

The spice kit lets you cook a delicious curry while listening to the music that it inspired, offering a unique cooking experience that can’t be conveyed simply through words.

There is also a South Indian cooking style called “meals,” where an array of small dishes are lined up on plates and banana leaves, creating a mini cosmos of culinary dishes.

Starting from Vol.1, the Sound meals series fuse music with food to bring a unique selection of curries straight to your dining table.'
